Our Vision

At EGEROBOT, we consider the health and safety of our employees, interns, subcontractors, visitors and all stakeholders who may be affected by our activities as the highest priority in all our activities in industrial automation, robotic systems, software development and project consulting. We operate with the vision of "Zero Accident, Zero Occupational Disease".

We structure our Occupational Health and Safety Management System within the framework of ISO 45001:2018 standard and continuously improve it with a continuous improvement approach. Safety is not just a rule, but an integral part of our corporate culture.

Our OHS Policy Principles

  1. 1Proactively identifying hazardous situations in the workplace and work environment, eliminating risks at source or reducing them to acceptable levels
  2. 2Providing maximum ergonomic, healthy and safe conditions in office, field and remote working environments; implementing preventive measures for musculoskeletal disorders
  3. 3Regularly monitoring, measuring and planning continuous improvement activities to reduce workplace accidents, near-miss incidents and occupational diseases
  4. 4Ensuring full compliance with all national and international OHS legislation, regulations and standards, particularly Law No. 6331 on Occupational Health and Safety
  5. 5Encouraging active participation of employees in OHS decision-making processes, evaluating their views and suggestions, and establishing consultation mechanisms
  6. 6Organizing comprehensive training before starting work and at regular intervals to increase OHS awareness of all employees, spreading safety culture
  7. 7Providing the necessary resources, infrastructure and leadership for the ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System to be adopted by all employees and business partners

Our OHS Initiatives

Safe Automation Projects

We ensure full compliance with machine safety standards (EN ISO 13849, IEC 62443) in automation and robot projects we carry out at customer sites, minimizing accident risk with safety PLCs and interlock systems.

Ergonomic Working Environment

We implement ergonomic workstations, adjustable desks and chairs, regular break reminders and eye health programs to reduce risks from prolonged computer use.

Digital OHS Management

We manage our OHS processes through digital platforms. Risk assessments, incident reports, training tracking and audit reports are consolidated in a single system, ensuring transparency and traceability.

Emergency Preparedness

We create comprehensive plans for fire, earthquake, chemical spills and health emergencies, conduct drills at least twice a year, and train first aid and emergency response teams.

Continuous Improvement

At EGEROBOT, we embrace the philosophy of continuous improvement in Occupational Health and Safety management. We evaluate our OHS performance through periodic audits, internal audits and management review meetings, taking necessary actions to achieve our goals. We regularly inform all our employees and keep OHS training up to date. The implementation and execution of this policy is carried out under the coordination of the OHS Specialist, Workplace Physician and Human Resources Department, under the responsibility of Top Management.
