Defining actions, assigning responsibility, setting deadlines and tracking are conducted through the system. Users can view assigned actions, receive notifications and perform necessary actions.

ISG-SIS® has a comprehensive meeting and decision management module for planning, tracking and managing decisions of all OHSE committee meetings. Organizing meetings, determining agenda items, assigning participants and preparing minutes can be done through the system. Decisions and resulting actions are recorded and tracked. Users are notified by SMS and email. Reports can be obtained in PDF, Excel or Word format.

The module supports different methodologies such as 5x5 L Matrix and Fine-Kinney, ensuring comprehensive risk assessment. Custody records include equipment details, condition and responsibility periods. Operations like removal, handover and reassignment can be easily managed. ISG-SIS® enables effective management of personal protective equipment (PPE) for employees. This module allows tracking of all PPE stock status, distribution and usage periods. PPE is assigned to employees and each employee's received equipment, usage period and replacement needs are recorded. The system automatically tracks periodic replacement times and sends alerts via SMS and email. PPE forms can be created in PDF, Excel or Word formats. Service life, conformity documents and safety data sheets can be archived. This ensures employees receive appropriate PPE timely and completely.

ISG-SIS® enables centralized and secure management of all workplace and personnel information. Workplaces, units, contact details and other important information are recorded in detail. Name, address, NACE codes, shift hours and similar information can be defined and kept up to date. Personnel information management ensures employees are included in OHS processes. Personal information, occupations, job descriptions, units and other data are kept. Assignments can be made by OHS roles (OSS, OP, other health personnel). Entry examinations, certificates, training history, exposure measurements and work accidents are also tracked.

ISG-SIS® comprehensively manages planning, monitoring and evaluation of OHSE trainings for employees. 19 different OHSE training modules including mandatory orientation, onboarding and annual trainings are available in the system. Training contents, dates and responsible persons are determined through the system. Dynamic training plan creation is possible. Training contents based on regulations can be selected and added to annual plans. User assignment and SMS/email notifications are sent. Attendance forms can be created in PDF, Excel or Word format. Automatic alerts are created for employees with incomplete trainings.

ISG-SIS® Corrective Action (CA) Module provides a comprehensive management platform for eliminating and improving nonconformities in OHSE processes. It allows rapid creation of CA records for identified nonconformities or risks and provides effective tracking at every stage. The CA Module clearly defines responsibilities for each corrective action. Implementation, tracking, supervision and control responsible persons are determined and tasks assigned. SMS and/or email alerts are sent when deadlines approach or are exceeded. Each CA record can be supported with reports, photos and scanned documents.

ISG-SIS® Field Inspection, Hygiene and Environmental Monitoring module enables businesses to effectively monitor and manage OHSE processes in the field. It provides comprehensive infrastructure for planning, performing and analyzing field inspections. Environmental and hygiene conditions are inspected and potential risks identified during field inspections. Identified nonconformities can be immediately entered and corrective action initiated. The hygiene and environmental monitoring module compares exposure measurements with limit values. Automatic alerts are sent when limits are exceeded.

Waste Management

ISG-SIS® Waste Management module enables businesses to manage waste management processes effectively and sustainably with an environmentally sensitive approach. It provides comprehensive control and tracking in monitoring, classifying, storing and disposing all waste types. Records can be created for classifying waste at source and labeling appropriately. Detailed records are kept for hazardous waste, medical waste and recyclable waste. In disposal or recycling processes, waste quantities, types and receiving facility information are recorded in detail. Automatic notification is made when quantities exceed certain limits.

ISG-SIS® Health Examinations and Tracking Module ensures regular performance and tracking of employees' entry, periodic health examinations and required medical tests. Examination dates, diagnoses, laboratory findings and other medical data are entered. Health data is recorded according to ICD-10 codes. Occupational physicians can send examination results online to the Ministry of Labor IBYS platform. ISG-SIS®, integrated with SGK MEDULA system, allows e-prescription issuance. Automatic SMS/email alerts are sent when examination dates arrive. The polyclinic module offers appointment, vaccination tracking and more.

ISG-SIS® Emergency Plans and Drill Management Module ensures businesses are prepared for potential risks by planning emergency scenarios in detail. Emergency teams (fire, first aid, evacuation), task definitions and drill scenarios can be created. Emergency plans can be organized as scenarios according to risk analysis. Planning, execution and evaluation of drill results are managed through the module. Automatic SMS/email alerts are sent when dates approach. Reports can be obtained in PDF, Excel or Word format.

ISG-SIS® Department and Team Management Module provides effective coordination and information sharing between different units and teams. Defining departments, determining hierarchical structure, creating, updating or removing units is possible. Team management covers creating and managing OHSE teams such as fire team, emergency team, first aid team, risk assessment team. Team members, task distribution and performance are monitored.
