IBYS Integration and Modular Structure

The IBYS Integration Package of ISG-SIS® Occupational Health Safety and Environment Management System software is designed to manage occupational health and safety processes digitally in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety Information Management System (IBYS) developed by the Directorate General of Occupational Health and Safety of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security. This package contains only the necessary modules in accordance with legal obligations and focuses on effectively executing your business's IBYS processes.

ISG-SIS® software is designed with a business-based licensing model and requires a separate license and account for each business. Each account allows complete management of the relevant business's OHSE processes and enables the business to register its own personnel, subcontractors and subcontractor personnel, create user accounts and effectively manage all OHSE processes.

Each account is configured completely independently according to the business's requirements and allows customization of occupational health, safety and environmental processes. Each license aims to manage only the processes within the scope of a single business and supports the business in achieving compliance with all OHSE processes.

Multiple Business and Account Switching

When ISG-SIS® software is used for multiple businesses, a separate license and account is required for each business. Each license works with configurations and settings specific to that business, so different businesses' OHSE processes are managed independently.

If the user owns licenses for multiple businesses, ISG-SIS® software allows easy switching between different accounts. This switching feature enables monitoring, reporting and managing multiple businesses' OHSE processes simultaneously within the same session.
