These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement governing your access to and use of services provided by EGEROBOT® ("Company", "we", "us" or "our").

By accessing or using our services, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Supplementary terms, conditions or documents that may be posted on our services from time to time are considered an integral part of these terms.

We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services means you accept the revised terms.

This website (egerobot.com.tr) is intended for users over 18 years of age. However, age requirements for our SaaS software products are specified in each software's own terms of use. In our Occupational Health and Safety software, registration of apprentice and intern personnel of legal working age (15+) may be performed under employer/manager responsibility.

Our Content and Trademarks are protected by the Intellectual and Industrial Property Law of the Republic of Türkiye, copyright and trademark laws, and international treaties.

Presenting our content as your own product, offering it for sale, or licensing it to third parties are not permitted activities. Using the EGEROBOT® brand and logo for unauthorized commercial purposes is prohibited.

For questions, comments, suggestions and feedback you send us directly, you grant us permission to use this content for the purpose of improving our services. A separate intellectual property agreement may be made for comprehensive ideas or inventions of commercial value.

You may need to register to use some of our services. You agree to keep your password confidential and to be responsible for all use of your account and password.

We reserve the right to remove, reclaim or change a username you select if we determine that it is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

Your account security and the confidentiality of your login credentials are entirely your responsibility. If you share your password with third parties, you are responsible for transactions performed by those persons through your account. Our systems are protected with industry-standard security protocols.

No direct subscription sales or product sales are made through our website (egerobot.com.tr). Subscription, payment, billing and cancellation processes for our SaaS software products are managed through each product's own platform.

Pricing, payment terms and contract details for our consulting and project services are determined by separate service agreements between the parties.

We may change our prices and subscription terms from time to time in accordance with applicable legislation. Changes are published by updating the 'Last Updated' date on this page. Your continued use of our services means you accept the current terms.

Our standard software products (web-based SaaS, mobile or desktop applications) are offered under subscription or usage license model. All ownership and intellectual property rights of these products belong to EGEROBOT; the customer is only granted the right to use for the duration of the contract.

For our products downloaded from application stores (App Store, Google Play, Microsoft Store, etc.), EGEROBOT's terms of use apply along with the relevant platform's terms of use.

In custom software projects developed for the customer, intellectual property rights and license terms are determined separately by the project contract between the parties. In such projects, ownership rights may be transferred to the customer by mutual agreement.

Our consulting, project management and feasibility services are provided under service agreement. Reports and analyses produced within the scope of these services are, unless otherwise agreed in writing, available for the customer's own internal use.

Our services may contain links to third-party websites and content from third parties, including our business partners or industry sources.

Such third-party websites and content are not investigated, monitored or controlled by us for accuracy, suitability or completeness. Inclusion of these websites or content does not mean we endorse them.

If you decide to leave our services and access third-party websites or use any third-party content, you do so at your own risk and should know that these Terms of Service no longer apply.

Purchases you make through third-party websites will be entirely between you and the relevant third party, and we accept no responsibility for such purchases.

EGEROBOT and its customers are obligated to protect confidential information shared within the scope of the business relationship. Project details, pricing, technical information and trade secrets may not be shared with third parties without the written consent of the other party.

The confidentiality obligation continues after the termination of the product and service agreement. Disclosure of confidential information is prohibited except for legal requirements or court orders.

A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) may be signed between the parties for comprehensive projects. In this case, NDA terms take precedence.

We care about data privacy and security. For detailed information on how your personal data is collected, processed and protected, please review our Privacy Policy.

By using our services, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy included in these Terms of Service.

The server location where your personal data is stored is determined according to the type of service provided and project requirements. For applications integrated with the Turkish Ministry of Labor and Social Security (ÇSGB), data is stored on servers in Türkiye; for international projects, data may be stored on servers in different countries according to customer preference. All data transfers are carried out in accordance with KVKK, GDPR and related legislation.

Our website and services do not market to individuals under 18 years of age and do not directly request personal data from them. In our occupational health and safety software, data relating to apprentices or interns is entered into the system by the relevant employer or business, and the responsibility for the accuracy and processing of this data belongs to the employer who enters the data.

These Terms of Service are valid as long as you use our website. The duration, termination conditions and other details regarding the use of EGEROBOT products and services are specified in separate agreements to be made for the relevant product or service.

In the event of website membership or account creation, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of Terms of Service, unlawful activities or other just causes. In such cases, we try to provide prior notification when possible.

If your account is terminated or suspended for just cause, you are expected not to create a new account for the same purpose.

In case of serious violation of Terms of Service, we reserve the right to exercise our legal rights.

EGEROBOT continuously improves its software products and services in line with customer feedback, technological developments and sectoral needs. In this context, bug fixes, new features, module additions and performance improvements are made.

No separate notification is made for routine updates and minor changes. However, system announcements are published for major updates, significant changes and scheduled maintenance work. It is the customer's responsibility to follow these announcements.

In consulting and project management services, project scope and deliverables are specified in the relevant agreement. Additional requests outside the contract scope are subject to separate evaluation.

Necessary technical infrastructure and security measures are taken for uninterrupted operation of our software services. Scheduled maintenance work is performed outside business hours when possible and announced in advance. Unexpected technical failures are tried to be resolved as soon as possible.

Service and support scope is defined in the relevant product or service agreement. Support is provided within the scope and duration specified in the agreement.

This website and EGEROBOT's Türkiye-based activities are subject to the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. For international projects, the applicable law is specified separately in the agreement signed between the parties.

In case of any dispute, the parties agree to first seek resolution through negotiation and reconciliation in good faith.

Claims regarding the protection of intellectual property rights and urgent situations requiring preliminary injunction may immediately initiate legal proceedings independently of the negotiation process.

Technical support and service scope is defined in the relevant product or service agreement. Requests outside the contract scope are subject to separate evaluation.

In case of any dispute between the parties, both parties reserve the right to seek legal remedies. Compensation for possible damages is determined by the competent court decision within the framework of applicable legislation.

EGEROBOT employees and representatives cannot be held individually responsible for services they provide within the scope of their duties. Claims related to the service should be directed to the company's legal entity.

Your visit to our website, sending us emails and filling out online forms constitute electronic communication. You consent to electronic communication for routine notifications and announcements.

You agree to the use of electronic signatures, contracts, orders and other records.

These Terms of Service establish the basic framework and principles for your use of our website. Detailed terms regarding the use of EGEROBOT products and services are separately regulated in the relevant product or service agreement.

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms of Service in a particular case does not mean we have waived that provision.

In the event of company merger, transfer or sale, we may transfer our rights and obligations to the acquiring party. In such cases, our customers will be notified.

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found invalid, it does not affect the validity of the other provisions.

Your use of this website does not automatically create a partnership, employment or agency relationship between you and EGEROBOT. Commercial partnerships and investment relationships are regulated by separate agreements.
